Archival Policies

We recognize that the photos we take at your wedding are going to be treasured heirlooms for generations to come. Using that as our guiding light we take several measures to ensure the safety of your memories.
- Immediately following your wedding we download your photos to our main server and a copy to one of our external hard drives which is kept offsite.
- Even after download the cards used for your event will not be erased until after all cataloguing and processing are completed on your event. They are kept as a backup of our backup.
- During processing and editing we use mirrored RAID systems to protect our work against hard drive fatalities
- Once we have completely finished processing your event the RAID is split up and a copy is sent to our offsite storage facility.
- We maintain an archive of your files for a minimum of 5 years.
Even with all those failsafe processes in place we always recommend that our clients acquire a copy of their files to ensure their longevity.
